Experienced people as well as apprentices are welcome. Some people within our team are versatile and like combining administrative and commercial tasks in their working days. Others like to be more specialized.
We pride ourselves on being flexible and try to adapt and use the best skills of the people we work with to keep them happy, motivated, and achieving their best results.
Long term relationships are important to us, and we are more inclined to directly negotiate an employee contract than to work with independent agents.
We understand also that the balance in life is different for everyone, and we are open to working with people on either a part-time or full-time basis.
