Indeed, we are always very meticulous in the screening and selection of our candidate tenants. Our aim is to build a long-term relationship with our client-owners by offering them the most suitable profiles for their property. We are well aware that a poor choice of tenant can cause us to lose your confidence and that is why we always act with caution when submitting an application! Excellence is our motto and your satisfaction our only mission.

There is no room for discrimination in our agency. We define an ideal profile for each property to be rented, with respect for all parties. We work on a daily basis with people from all over the world, including Belgium. We are therefore open to all types of profiles, always taking into account the owner’s wishes regarding the duration of the lease, the number of occupants desired and the financial capacity of the candidate, enabling him to assume the payment of the rent and the maintenance of the property without any problems.

We take care of all the necessary administrative procedures ourselves, such as: drawing up the lease agreement, contacting a reliable expert for the inventory of fixtures, proposing a price – via an insurance broker – for the rental insurance contract, presenting the procedures for setting up the rental guarantee, planning the handover of the keys, and registering the lease agreement.

In addition, in order to meet the high demand from landlord-clients who live abroad – and not – who cannot or do not wish to take care of the management of their property, we have decided to set up a professional rental management service.
